Nexasphere Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Clear rules for referrals, commissions, approvals, payments and affiliate responsibilities.
1. Program Overview
Approved affiliates may refer clients to Nexasphere and earn commission when those referrals become successful paying jobs.
2. Commission
Affiliates earn 15% of the successful paid job value. Commission only applies after Nexasphere receives payment from the referred client.
3. Referral Registration
Referrals must be submitted through the affiliate dashboard before the client has already closed with Nexasphere. If two affiliates claim the same client, Nexasphere will review the first verified submission.
4. Payments
Commissions may be paid monthly after jobs are confirmed and paid. Deposits, cancelled jobs, refunded jobs, fake referrals and self-referrals do not automatically qualify for commission.
5. Affiliate Conduct
Affiliates must not misrepresent Nexasphere, offer unauthorised discounts, collect money without approval, submit fake leads, spam people, or damage the Nexasphere brand.
6. Data Protection
Affiliates must submit genuine client information responsibly and must not sell, expose, misuse or unlawfully share client data.
7. Termination
Nexasphere may suspend or terminate an affiliate who breaks the rules, misleads clients, damages the brand or abuses the system.
8. Acceptance
By applying, submitting referrals or receiving commission, the affiliate confirms acceptance of these terms.
